What payment methods do you accept? 
 We accept card payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. 

What countries do you ship to? 
 We ship Worldwide!

What currencies do you accept?
 All prices are listed in EUR by default. You have the option to see the price in some of the other major currencies by changing the currency in the top tight corner of the screen. The currency conversion you will be charged will be done by the payment method chosen based on their current rates of conversion.

Once I order something - what happens next? 
 You will receive an order confirmation per email as soon as you have placed your order. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 5 days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

When will my order be processed? 
 Your order will be processed and dispatched within 5 days. You will receive an email notification with shipping info once it has been dispatched.

How do I know if my order has been shipped? 
 You will receive a dispatch notification by email as soon as your order has been shipped. The dispatch notification is sent to the email address registered when the order was placed. We usually ship all orders within 5 days.

When can I expect my order?                                                                                   We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Lithuania and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-5 days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from main fulfillment center in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products. Shipping also based on your location; please expect 1-5 weeks (depends on which warehouse contains the item) after order processing to receive package depending on your location and shipping option.

Can I change my order? 
 We might be able to change your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and don't forget to include your order number.

What is your return policy?                                                                                         If the received item is defected in any way, simply email us a picture of the item (and the defect) within 60 days of purchase and we will arrange to have a replacement or money back!
